Manager and Trainer

Josh Weltner

Josh comes to 24/7 Fitness with an extensive background in training and coaching. Josh received a Health & Physical Education degree from West Liberty University where he was a record-breaking track and field athlete. He was a former strength and conditioning coach for Oak Glen High School football, the school’s head track and field coach, and head middle school football coach before starting his personal training business called “JET Fitness”. Josh specializes in speed & agility and resistance training and has worked with athletes from elementary through the semi-professional levels.

Staff and Trainer

Vanessa Dokes

Vanessa is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist on our staff. She became ISSA certified after setting a goal to lose over 50 pounds and get into the best shape of her life. Now Vanessa has a new purpose in helping others achieve their own fitness goals by sharing her testimony and knowledge that has brought her this far in her journey. She has a social media page called Bodies Balance where you can follow her fitness + wellness space for workouts and tips to stay strong, balanced, and empowered!

Trainer

Tanner Wise

Tanner has been sharing his passion in fitness since 2021. Since then, he has coached a wide range of clientele, from fun interactive workouts with children, to powerbuilding clients wanting improve their strength and physique, to health and longevity programs for folks ranging up to 80 years old! He spent 4 years at Ohio University in the College of Biological Sciences and completed his certifications in Personal Training and Online Coaching at the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Tanner specializes in strength and muscular development, and he provides in-person training on weekday evenings as well as online coaching through his own online brand, Nuanced Training.
